Shop & Warehouse at the Fort Worth Zoo
Fort Worth, TX
The Fort Worth Zoo needed a new Shop & Warehouse and turned to The Projects Group (TPG) to provide Owner's Representation services for the project. This insulated metal building was constructed to improve the Zoo’s back-of-house operations, and houses offices for staff, a breakroom, restrooms, and a shower. The building also provides staff with multiple bays in which to work on vehicles as needed and a sealed paint room. Additionally, the building allows goods to be stored on a mezzanine deck and has two large commercial-grade coolers.
TPG has provided similar services for several projects for The Fort Worth Zoo.
